Throughout our professional careers, we saw firsthand the challenges faced by people living with failing teeth, significant tooth loss and long-term denture use. We also recognised that finding the right treatment could often feel confusing, fragmented and overwhelming.
That insight shaped the foundation of Fixed Teeth Australia.
Rather than offering a broad range of dental services, we built a national organisation focused solely on full mouth dental implants. Our vision is simple: to help more Australians access this treatment through a dedicated network of experienced clinicians, laboratory technicians and support teams working together with a singular focus.
Today, consultation, surgery, teeth design and ongoing maintenance are coordinated through a structured treatment protocol designed specifically for All-Fixed Full Mouth Dental Implant patients. From our purpose-built facilities and in-house laboratories through to our ongoing maintenance programs, every part of the patient journey has been developed around this one area of dentistry.

Treatment is performed under general anaesthetic, allowing you to be asleep throughout your procedure.
Consultation, surgery, teeth design and ongoing maintenance are coordinated through a single team focused on full mouth dental implants.
In most cases, patients leave with a fixed set of provisional teeth on the same day as surgery or within 24 hours.
Your provisional and final teeth are designed, crafted and refined by our own laboratory team right here in Australia.
Rather than rushing straight to final teeth, we use a structured two-bridge approach that allows time for healing, refinement and feedback before your final teeth are crafted.
Our treatments are completed under general anaesthetic, which means you’re asleep throughout your procedure.
